The staff has been nothing short of amazing (this includes their sister clinic in Norfolk). Had to make an emergency call for a very young kitten near midnight and Dr. Pederson met us at the clinic. They're very affordable and work with you every step of the way. I cannot describe in words how thankful I am to them. I will no longer be taking my kitty babies anywhere else!

Chewy (our English mastiff) loves to go there and get spoiled by all the girls, he barely notices the shots while he's busy soaking in all the attention. I love that they treat him like he's their own puppy!

Willow Creek Veterinary Services are excellent. Dr. Pedersen is excellent, very knowledgeable and so kind with our pets. He takes time to explain everything to you so the correct decisions can be made. He truly cares for his patients. The Boarding Care is also excellent. I know he is very good with large animals also.
Shane is a exceptional Vet. He has been providing my pets care for 8 years. One Easter Sunday my little dog was badly bitten by a large dog. I called the clinic and he met me there. He saved my little dog a couple times that day. I will always take my pets to him. I highly recommend him.
